Move over, boring drink recipes! We have two adult beverages you have to try made with San Juan Spiked Seltzer, which is a new company to our Bartell shelves, and produced right here in the Pacific Northwest. Plus, check out this great idea for a summer kids beverage with gummy bear ice cubes made with sparkling water. It’s fun for the whole family!

Old Fashioned Seltzer
A super simple take on the classic Old Fashioned cocktail for those aged 21 and up.
You’ll need:
Ice
1 oz. bourbon – we used Bulleit Bourbon*
2 oz. spiked cherry seltzer – we used San Juan Rainier Cherry Seltzer*
Orange peel
Directions:
Pour bourbon over ice in a lowball glass. Add seltzer and orange peel. Enjoy!

Apple Pie Seltzer
A sweet and cinnamon-y cocktail for those aged 21 and up.
You’ll need:
Ice
1 oz. cinnamon whiskey – we used Fireball*
3 oz. spiked apple seltzer – we used San Juan Fuji Apple Seltzer*
Thin apple slice
Directions:
Pour cinnamon whiskey over ice in a lowball glass. Add seltzer and thin apple slice. Enjoy!

Sparkling Water and
Gummy Bear Ice Cubes
Fun twist on ice cubes for all ages! Flavored sparkling water ice cubes add subtle flavor to still water and gummy bears add an extra layer of fun! Careful though, they can get sticky!
You’ll need:
Ice cube tray
8 oz. flavored sparkling water – we used Lime flavored La Croix*
Still water
Gummy bears – we used Albanese Gummy Bears*
Directions:
Pour sparkling water in half of ice cube tray and still water in the other half of tray. Add desired amount of gummy bears to each cube. Freeze overnight.
