April 28 2020 Update

Are you missing your favorite box of Girl Scout cookies this year? Great news!Bartell Drugs is your Girl Scout Cookies headquarters this year! The Girl Scouts of Western Wa ended their sale early due to COVID-19, so Bartell’s is helping them sell cookies. They’re available at all local Bartell locations May 1st through July 31st.

April 5 2020 Update

Now through May 12th, support local homebound and homeless seniors with us! We’re collecting necessary supplies in bins at the front of our stores, as well as cash donations at our registers. To learn more, visit our blog.

We’ve now installed plexiglass register windows at all our store locations in an effort to continue to minimize the spread of germs. Your safety is our priority.

March 27th 2020 Update

Some store locations have made adjustments to their normal business hours. Please take a look at our store locator page for the latest store and pharmacy hours at your neighborhood Bartell’s.

March 26th 2020 Update

Our Redmond Bella Bottega store is back open with normal hours after being temporarily closed for deep cleaning.

March 24th 2020 Update

In-Store Photo Kiosks: As an extra precautionary health and safety measure, our in-store photo kiosks are now closed. Customers can continue to order photo prints online for in-store pick-up.

March 18, 2020 Update

24 Hours Stores: In light of the current need for access to essentials, Bartell’s will be adding one additional 24-hour store including pharmacy in the heaviest impacted area of Kirkland/Bellevue communities. That store is located in Bellevue Village. Bartell’s in Lower Queen Anne will remain a 24-hour store.

CareClinics Temporarily Close: As part of Kaiser Permanente’s efforts to address coronavirus (COVID-19), CareClinic healthcare professionals have temporarily moved to other locations to help serve the most urgent medical needs and consolidate resources. All Kaiser Permanente Care Clinics located in Bartell Drugs will be temporarily closed effective Wednesday, March 18th. It is unknown how long, but probability to reopen will be assessed on a weekly basis. As always, Bartell’s pharmacists will remain a resource to customers. Additionally, customers seeking care can call Kaiser Permanente’s Consulting Nurse Service for 24/7 care and advice at 1-800-297-6877. Learn more about all care options at kp.org/wa/getcare.

Skip the trip to your local Bartell’s, and have your prescriptions and front-of-store items delivered to you instead. Through partnerships with Prime Now, Instacart, and Nimble, we offer a variety of options for customers to help. Curious if we deliver to your area? For items found in the front of store, including alcohol, take a look at our Prime Now page, and select items for delivery. Note, this service is only available to Amazon Prime members in select zip codes.

Prescription Delivery with NimbleRx
Looking to have your prescriptions delivered to your home? Give NimbleRx a try! As long as we have your cell number on file, and you’ve given us permission to send you notifications, you’ll receive a text after your prescription is ready for pick-up asking if you’d like your prescription delivered instead. Hygiene Practices in Our Stores
We’ve received a number of comments and questions from our customers regarding details around our hygiene practices at our stores. While our stores have always been cleaned and sanitized daily, as an added precaution, our store teams have increased the frequency and extent of those cleanings.
