4 oz Woodinville Bourbon Whiskey
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Maple Syrup
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1/4 tsp Spice Classics Ground Cinnamon
2 Maraschino Cherries
For the Simple Syrup:
1/3 cup Sugar
1/3 cup Water
Add sugar and water into a cup and stir until the sugar dissolves. Add 1 cup of crushed ice into the cocktail shaker. Pour all ingredients into the shaker and shake for 30 seconds. Pour into a rocks glass with 1 large ice cube.

Ingredients:
3 oz Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
16 oz 100% pomegranate juice
1 oz Cointreau
8 oz Bedford’s Ginger Beer
1 cup frozen mixed berries
Ice - optional
¾ cup fresh raspberries
A few sprigs of fresh thyme
Pour the rum, pomegranate juice, Cointreau and ginger beer into a large jug. Stir to mix. Half fill 4-6 glasses with frozen berries (add a little ice to if you want to). Fill the glasses with the cocktail, then top with a few fresh raspberries and a sprig of fresh thyme before serving.

14 oz Jar of cherries in Kirsch*
2 cups plus 1 tbsp cherry Juice
1 bottle La Marca Prosecco or Korbel Brut California Champagne
Place the juice from the cherries in kirsch (just the liquid), plus the cherry juice into a small saucepan. Bring to the boil, then simmer until reduced by approx one third (takes around 20 minutes). Leave to cool, then add the cherries back in and blend using a hand blender. At this point you can cover and refrigerate for 1-2 days until ready to use. When you're ready to serve, fill around ⅓ of each glass with the black cherry puree. Top up with prosecco or champagne.

2 ounces The Kraken Rum

3 ounces Bedfords Ginger Beer

Peel and chop 2 plums. Muddle the plums with the thyme simple syrup and lemon juice until all of the plum juices have been released. 1/2 cup Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice Cocktail

2 chilled bottles Segura Viudas Brut Cava Sprinkling White Wine

20 dashes orange bitters

Make The Ice Block: The day before serving the punch, arrange the pomegranate pieces and citrus slices in a small loaf pan, bundt pan, or baking pan. Fill with filtered water to cover the fruit and then freeze until solid.
Make The Ginger Juice: Place 5 inches of peeled ginger pieces in a food processor or blender and add 3/4 cup of water. Process until smooth then pass through a fine mesh sieve and discard solids.
Make The Punch: Combine the apple cider, pomegranate liqueur, ginger juice, and sparkling wine in a large pitcher or punch bowl. To unmold the ice block, dip the pan in hot water until the ice block releases then gently place it in the punch. Serve the cups of punch topped with thinly sliced apples.
