Training & Career Development
Second Assistant Manager/Management Trainees are provided with extensive hands-on training working one-on-one with store management personnel. Training also includes monthly training classes at The Bartell Drug corporate office. These classes cover important topics such as Customer Service, Merchandising, Employee Motivation, and all aspects of managing a Bartell Drugstore. Promotion to Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager is built on the foundation of our excellent training program. Bartell Drugs wants to help you succeed and progress in your career.
