Bartell Drugs names Poulsbo resident winner of Costa Rican vacation
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: April 14, 2016
SEATTLE—Poulsbo resident Janet Sedy and five friends will soon be winging her way to beautiful Costa Rica as the winner of Bartell Drugs Pura Vida Travel Sweepstakes.
The prize package includes a five-night/six-day trip to Costa Rica with airfare through Alaska Airlines and accommodations at Dreams Las Mareas Costa Rica hotel with a complimentary visit to the Bartell Drugs Travel Clinic. A special travel gift basket with a $500 value is also part of the mix.
The Pura Vida Costa Rica Travel Sweepstakes was offered as a social media contest from March 6 through April 6. Entrants could earn points by sharing the contest across their social media channels. As the points increased, so did the number of entries into the contest. The winner was chosen at random on April 7.
“My family and I are super excited!” said Sedy. “Thank you also for the flowers and the wonderful gift ‘basket’— a suitcase filled with some of our favorite products and activities from Bartells!”
Bartell Drugs received more than 5,000 entries from people all over Washington state.
