SEATTLE—Bartell Drugs continues to expand its service area in Snohomish County with the opening of a new store on Seattle Hill Road in southeast Everett next week. A grand opening celebration will be held on Thursday, May 11 beginning at 10 a.m.
Located at 5006 132nd Street SE, the new store is the family-owned company’s twelfth location in Snohomish County and the second new store it’s opened in the county in the last seven months.
Encompassing 17,200 square feet, the store will feature a number of consumer-friendly features, including a PixPlus™ department--which offers four digital print kiosks and a broader selection of camera and sound electronics—an International Travel Clinic for travel vaccinations and medications, a drive-thru pharmacy, expanded selections of health and wellness products and on-site photo finishing.
The store is part of a new center, which will include the drugstore, a bank and a few other small retail businesses. The Everett store will employ approximately 25 employees and will be managed by Pat Ryan, formerly the manager at Bartell’s Redmond Town Center location.
Magellan Architects designed the store and JR Abbott is the general contractor.
