Help sick and injured children by “Purchasing a Miracle” at Bartell Drugs
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
SEATTLE—Help provide pediatric care for sick and injured children in need by purchasing selected “Purchase a Miracle” products at any Bartell Drugs location during the “Purchase a Miracle” campaign.
From now through June 15, a portion of the proceeds generated from the sales of participating manufacturer’s products will benefit Children’s Hospital’s “Uncompensated Care Fund.” Bartell customers will be able to identify these products by the “Purchase a Miracle” shelf tags. Bartell Drugs is a sponsor of the annual campaign.
The “Uncompensated Care Fund” provides health care for children whose parents do not have health insurance or the financial capability to cover hospital costs. Last year, over $350,0000 was raised for uncompensated care at the hospital.
The Bartell Drug Company is the nation’s oldest drugstore chain. The family-owned company has 52 stores in King, Snohomish, and Pierce counties.
