Justin Richter and Lisa-Marie Wingard promoted to managers at two Bartell Drugs locations in Bellevue

SEATTLE—Bartell Drugs has promoted Justin Richter to manager of its Bellevue store and Lisa-Marie Wingard to manager of the company’s North Bellevue location.
Richter was formerly the assistant manager at Bartell’s Queen Anne location and Wingard was previously the assistant manager of its downtown Seattle store on Fifth Avenue.
Family-owned Bartell Drugs is the nations' oldest drugstore chain. It operates 52 stores in King, Snohomish and Pierce counties.
