SEATTLE—Elves, runners and walking participants interested in joining the fight against arthritis can pick up informational brochures and fundraising forms at Bartell Drugs locations in King, Snohomish and Pierce counties for the Arthritis Foundation’s Jingle Bell Run on December 14. This year’s run will be held at Westlake Center in Downtown Seattle.
Proceeds generated from the event will help provide the Arthritis Foundation with vital funding for research programs and services to prevent, control and cure arthritis and related diseases. Last year more than 7,100 people participated in the run and raised over $240,000.
Registration for the 3.1-mile run/walk begins at 6:45 a.m. and the festivities begin at 8:00 a.m. with a costume contest. All participants must check in at registration.
