Bartell’s “scares” up support for local charities in October

SEATTLE—Haunted house fans can support local charities by attending the 17th Annual KBSG Scare House. Discount coupons, valid for two dollars off admission, are available at any Bartell Drugs location during the month of October.
Located at 22030 Cliff Drive S – Des Moines Beach Park, the Scare House opens October 10 and runs through October 31. All of the proceeds generated from ticket sales will go to support Des Moines Rotary charities. Over the last 14 years the event has generated over $1 million.
Scare House hours of operation are from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 7:00 p.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday. Admission is $7.00 per person and parking is free.
