SEATTLE—Healthy teeth equals healthy kids, which is why Bartell Drugs is sponsoring the 22nd Annual Smile Day, Saturday, February 22 at the Pacific Science Center.
The event, which runs from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., offers parents the opportunity to have their children’s dental health assessed by members of the Seattle King County Dental Society at no charge. Every child who has their teeth checked during Smile Day will receive free admission to the Pacific Science Center and a goody bag, courtesy of Bartell Drugs. Parents will also receive discounted admission to the center.
“Dental health is an important, yet often overlooked factor in a child’s overall health,” said George Bartell, Chairman and CEO of Bartell Drugs. “We are proud to be a part of this event, which enables parents who may not have access to regular dental care the opportunity to have their child’s oral health assessed for free.”
Last year more than 500 children attended “Smile Day and learned how to maintain a healthy smile. Additional information
