Bartell Drugs holds their 3rd Annual Canned Food Drive and is a co-sponsor of the 21st Annual “Smile Day”

SEATTLE—As part of their longstanding commitment to supporting the communities in which they do business, Bartell Drugs is participating in several community activities, including:
Smile Day. As a co-sponsor of the 21st Annual “Smile Day,” Bartell Drugs is offering free admission to the Seattle Children’s Museum for every child who has their teeth checked at the Seattle Children’s Museum from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m on Saturday, February 23. The event is designed to offer parents the opportunity to have their children’s dental health assessed by members of the King County Dental Society at no charge. Last year more than 1,000 children attended “Smile Day” and learned how to maintain a healthy smile. Additional information on the event can be found at any of Bartell’s 50 locations.
Bartell Drugs 3rd Annual Canned Food Drive. Bartell Drugs is collecting canned food that will be distributed to the needy by Northwest Harvest. Customers can drop off canned food items at any Bartell Drugs location through February 17. Last year, Bartell Drugs and their customers gathered nearly 13,000 pounds of food during this drive. Northwest Harvest has been providing food for the needy since 1967.
Bartell Drugs is the nation’s oldest drugstore chain. The family-owned company currently owns and operates 50 stores in King, Snohomish and Pierce counties.
