Welcome to our healthy living newsletter – Spring edition of
Elements by Bartells.

The purpose of this newsletter is twofold – to make your life easier, and hopefully healthier, by offering you information about new and unfamiliar products, and to share some of the stories that make Bartell Drugs who we are. We hope you find it informative, enjoyable and useful as you care for yourself and your family. After all, that‘s our mission – to serve your needs here in the Pacific Northwest better than anyone else.

Our company is part of Seattle history and we are very deeply connected with the people of the Puget Sound. Our grandfather moved here as a young man and opened the first Bartell Drugs, when Washington was not yet a state and there were less than 20,000 people in this area. His children, including our father, grew up in Seattle and so did we.

In these modern times of huge, impersonal companies, we remain family owned and operated and our stores are exclusively here in the Puget Sound area. The dollars you spend in our stores stay right here, creating jobs and supporting local communities.

As in our Grandfather’s day, we strive to bring you local products and national brands you can trust. We strive to adhere to his value of honesty, so that we will continue to earn the trust customers have placed in us for more than 100 years. We treat you as our neighbors because that’s who you are and our aim is to provide you with the kind of shopping experience we would want ourselves.
