Coupon Acceptance Policy

Yes – we gladly accept coupons!

Below are general guidelines to follow when redeeming coupons at any Bartell Drugs.

Manufacturer and Store Coupons:

• We will accept only coupons issued by Bartell Drugs or the Manufacturer that are presented at the time of the purchase and are within the valid dates printed on the coupons. We cannot accept photocopies of coupons.
• We allow the redemption of one Bartell coupon and one Manufacturer coupon per item purchased.
• Coupons are accepted only for the specific product showing or described on the coupon.
• Coupons are accepted that scan or are accepted with the manual entry of the barcode number.
• Coupons have no cash value.
• Bartell Drugs has the right to limit quantities and follows any restrictions on the coupon.
• Sales taxes will be applied in accordance with the law when redeeming a Manufacturer coupon.
• A Bartell “Buy One Get One Free” coupon may be used in conjunction with a manufacturer coupon for the same item. Bartell Drugs allows the redemption of one manufacturer coupon for each item purchased, including the free item(s).
• If the value of the coupon exceeds the purchase price of the item, the value of the coupon will be reduced. Customers cannot net a cash credit or payout from a coupon purchase.
• We will not accept coupons that, in the determination of Bartell Drugs personnel, appear distorted or blurry or are altered in any way.
• Bartell Drugs reserves the right to refuse coupons at the store manager’s discretion.

Internet Printed Coupons:

• We gladly accept internet printed coupons. The same manufacturer and store coupon rules above apply to all internet printed coupons.
• Internet printed coupons must be capable of scanning at checkout.
• Internet printed coupons must have serial numbers and must follow an industry-standard format.
• Manufacturer internet printed coupons must clearly indicate that they are a manufacturer coupon and must have a valid manufacture address on the printed coupon.

Coupons not accepted at this time:

• Catalina issued coupons.
• Tobacco coupons where the coupon will net a free tobacco product for the customer, and in accordance with County, State and Federal laws.
